What To Include
Include the app version, Windows version, install source, a brief description of what happened, and a support bundle exported from the app when appropriate.
Sensitive Files
The support bundle excludes the raw local database and raw config. Restricted backups contain operational records and should only be shared through an approved support channel when specifically requested.
