PreOrderCheck is a local Windows workstation app for scheduled pickup and pre-order checks.

Local Data
PreOrderCheck stores operational records on the Windows device where it is installed. Records can include check timestamps, scheduled windows, completion status, staff initials or names entered by users, issue notes entered by users, app settings, and local diagnostics.
No Automatic Collection
PreOrderCheck has no cloud sync, analytics endpoint, or remote telemetry service. Xylent Studio does not receive app data automatically. Microsoft Store may process installation and update metadata under Microsoft terms.
Backups
Users can export restricted backup zip files from the app. Restricted backups include the local database and config snapshot and may contain customer names, notes, initials, timestamps, and diagnostics. Store backup files only in approved business locations.
